BRIAN D. CRONIN, ESQ.
BRIAN D. CRONIN, ESQ.
I am a California attorney whose practice focuses on lending law, real estate litigation, commercial disputes, employment, and insurance issues. I serve as General Counsel to a private mortgage lender, and am Of Counsel to the firm Prenovost, Normandin, Dawe & Rocha (PNDR) in Santa Ana. I combine practical business judgment with years of in-court litigation experience, representing lenders, investors, businesses, and individuals in daily business matters as well as high-stakes disputes. I pride myself on being efficient, transparent, and highly responsive, and I approach clients' problems with both legal rigor and real-world business sense.
I grew up in Laguna Beach, California, and studied at St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I graduated with a double major in Philosophy and the History of Mathematics and Science, along with minors in Comparative Literature and Classical Studies. I later earned my J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, with a focus on law and literature.
I began my legal career at PNDR, an AV-rated firm consistently ranked among the top in Orange County and recognized as preeminent in banking, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation by Martindale-Hubbell. After eight years with PNDR, I transitioned to an Of Counsel role with PNDR in conjunction with starting my solo practice and expanding my work as General Counsel in the private lending industry.
I live in Orange, California, with my wonderful wife and two children, as well as two extremely opinionated wiener dogs.
